beardie safe flowers

im hoping to start a garden this year. i have no idea if I will be able to but if i do i would want things in it that are safe for reggie. i already have a good idea of what i would want to plant except for a flower portion. is there like a list out there of safe flowers to give to dragons? also how often should flowers be given because i have a dried flower food topper for lizards thing from zoomed and need to know how often i should use it?
