Where is the tube UVB and how old is the bulb and where do you have it placed? Its possible he may be going into brumation -- how long has he not been eating? Lets get the lighting and temps in the tank to rule this out first as why hes not eating---- what are your surface basking temps ? How are you taking them?

UVB sits on top of the cage (gonna put it inside and I’ve been taking him outside for 30-90 minutes everyday), I got it earlier this year. I don’t remember exactly when. He’s been pretty active and constantly wants out of the cage to go outside or roam the house. His cold side is about 75 F and the hot side is 95-100 F. Occasionally he’ll eat one or two bites of his greens. I’d say he hasn’t eaten that much for about a week or a little more but he’s been pooping regularly.

Try and get your cool side temp up to 80's during the day -- the 75 is more for night time temps- and I would be getting your bulb changed out in Jan or so -- lets see what he does after you get the UVB inside the tank - see if it makes a difference in the eating but w/ you taking him outside it may not change - I am thinking hes slowing down now for winter --- so w / him being active too that is not a sign of illness -- I would get a weight on him and watch the weight --
