Hello I have a around 6-8 month old beardie and they suddenly stopped eating this morning normally they eat all their food and leave nothing on their plate
but the evening of yesterday they ate their meal worms and collard greens but no crickets but As stated above they suddenly stopped They are also pooping weird it seems like their worms weren’t digested well
this morning I left his food and changed his bulb hoping it would help but then when I came home they were on the floor which is not normal for them they usually only go on the floor to sleep at night
I got home and took them out they walked around and climbed like normal
but at I placed them back now they are currently just on their log with their eyes closed
I’m a beginner beardie owner and this is my first time since having them that they have this sort of change

for their basking light I use exo terra 100w
they are currently in a 15 gallon tank but I’m in the process of getting them a 50 soon I know I shouldn’t have them in the 15 but where they will be is under renovations due to damage and the 15 is the best I can gave them in atm but i make sure to take them out and let them run around

as I’m typing they are opening and closing their eyes
heres some pictures

I would recommend getting a 120 gallon tank --- the dragon will out grow the 50 gallon in no time-- we can post websites for the 120 that is optimal size for a full size dragon - small tanks are hard to get temps correctly in them - I recommend getting two digital probe thermometers get a surface basking temp of 95-100 on the spot where the dragon basks-- the undigested food and him stopping the eating is a sign of temps being off - what is the UVB you are using? If its a coil which is a dome bulb I recommend you get rid of that as well --- another reason your dragon has stopped eating- he cannot absorb the calcium hes getting and this will cause serious health issues --

when It comes to the uvb I use the zoo med reptisun 10.0 UVB

I do plan on getting a bigger tank after the 50 but I was offered it for a decent price so I accepted it and was going to use it until I got a bigger one

Ok sounds good - the UVB bulb will fit in one of these fixtures--what length is the bulb? for a 22" bulb the 24" fixture will work
Zoo Med https://joshsfrogs.com/sp/zoo-med-reptisun-t5-ho-terrarium-hood-24-inch-zmlf71-- this comes w/ a 5.0 bulb use your 10.0 - the 5.0 is more for aquarium use
https://hydrobuilder.com/sunblaster...mp.html?opts=eyJhdHRyaWJ1dGU5MDEiOiI2NjEwIn0= get rid of the bulb it comes w/ - you want the 24" or 2 ft fixture
