Hope your dragon arrives alive and uninjured . What you've said doesn't fill me confidence.
Will they simply leave the package if no one is home ?
or will they hold onto the package and leave a card to tell you to arrange pickup or alternative delivery time ?
That's great news ! What time did he arrive ? Beautiful little guy. And did the breeder have a guaranteed arrival time of 10:30 a.m. ? If you got him after that time frame + the breeder does not reimburse you , go to the shipyourreptiles company + see what they have to say.
And believe me, Fedex + UPS can both make mistakes but they are VERY rare unless the shipper did not send it properly.
Please everyone don't get the wrong idea, the breeder was very helpful during this ordeal. She stayed in touch with me, ship your reptile, and FedEx. He was very well packed, and obviously healthy. I'd buy from her again, but would drive the 3 hours to pickup myself. I HATE FEDEX!!
Oh I don't think anyone got that impression. Once the breeder drops it off it's really out of their hands. Not many people understand that lol.
It was just an unlucky scenario. I'd say the majority of reptiles are shipped fedex through shipyourreptiles. Accidents happen sometimes, luckily this was only a slight delay!
You better start a thread for him so we can all follow along with his life.... .....and pictures...
