Im not sure if i put this is feeding or ER, sorry! My beardie Alduin is roughly 8 months old. he normally eats his crickets as soon as i offer them to him, but today he doesn't seem to want to eat them as much. i have a young crestie too that i feed meal worms/fruits to. so i tried a few meal worms and Alduin went NUTS for them. he ate them almost immediately, but Ive heard they are not the healthiest of feeders! should i be concerned that hes not eating his calcium crickets and only wanting to eat meal worms? also i should note that he did shed a little bit yesterday. he aslo ate his shedding? but ive read that is normal. Thanks, in advance to anyone that can help me out!
Could be the lighting in the tank -- what kind of UVB are you using brand ? And where is it -- on top of the screen or inside the tank ? Also you may want to add some dubia roaches -- they are way better feeder and meal worms should only be served as a treat once in a while- you could try horn worms or butter worms for treats as well --
