Beardie is bulging her eyes

My beardie is 18 months and her UV and heat is normal but she keeps bulging her eyes.
Don't know how long these eye-bulges last, but she stops when she sees me.

Is she going through a shed right now? Some people believe it's to help with the shedding process.
