Beardie has Spots/Excess Dry Skin Buildup

Hello everyone! This is my first post on this site, and I hope I can get some advice. My bearded dragon has these spots on his mouth; they are yellow in color and seem to be excess dry skin buildup. He also has a large spot on his tail that is lighter in color, but is obviously stuck shed. I have been lacking in terms of bathing Spike, and I understand how beneficial baths can be for bearded dragons. I plan to bathe him very soon; I hope this helps with the shed. Aside from that, how can I help my bearded dragon?

This also poses another question; how often do you bathe your bearded dragon? I usually do it no more than once a month, and mainly to aide in his constipation.

I will be adding photos very shortly! Thank you for reading, and I hope you have some advice for me!

Edit: I've added photos to the post, including a photo of his tail. We think he may be shedding again, as his tail is not as bad as his mouth.

Did the yellow on the mouth just appear recently ? Can you see in his mouth if there's any sore around the gums or infection like puss ? Can you post a pic of his tail ?

Attached is just an image of his tail, which isn't as bad as I thought. But as you can see, there is a pale yellowness to his tail.

Thank you so much for asking! The yellow on his mouth has been worsening for the past two weeks or so. There are no signs of infection, and he is eating normally and fine.

O.K , I wasn't sure if he had flashes of yellow on his mouth like he has around his ears and maybe he just hadn't completed his head shed. You can apply a little raw honey to those areas just in case but if it actually starts to look sore , find an experienced reptile vet to have a look but I don't think it's going to be.
I don't really see any odd color on the tail.

Thank you! Would you like another photo of his tail; it looks like he's begun shedding that's all.

Hey! I'm planning on ordering a 4x2x2 for my next beardie but I'm worried about lighting. I have a UVA and a UVB but they are small (the UVA just being a bulb and the UVB being 12 ish inches?) My house is drafty so I need a strong light that puts off quite a good amount of heat, any suggestions?
