Does anyone know much about their hearing? Clapton's house is directly under where the tv is mounted. When I have music playing (its not super loud) but the speakers are probably on the bottom, I wonder if it is causing him distress. I haven't noticed him acting squirrely or anything so I figure he's alright.

It can probably cause distress unless they're deaf but. I know my beardie doesn't really react if she hears something loud. If she hears something she gives me a dirty look while basking underneath her light.
i'd pay attention to his behavior and go off that. we have music playing constantly and neither sir henry, nor our parakeet, taela, seem to be bothered by it. i'd even say there are certain songs taela likes. he pipes up singing sometimes
Agreed. My boy does notice music and sounds but most of the time he doesn't bother to react to it.
It's funny he ignores most heavy things that fall down but will turn his head as soon as a locust makes a jump...
