The craziest thing just happened today, my beardy is around 6-7 months old and super active and aggressive towards mirrors or any other reptile in my house, btw he's a male. Normally its normal for a beardie to be aggressive at mirrors and maybe towards other reptiles but this is what's weird. Today I took him out for like the 3rd time today and was just playing with him on my bed but.... As I laid my head down next to him he crawled up my head and head bobbed on my head!!!! At first I was like oh wow that's cute and kinda hurts but then I realized what he just did! DID HE JUST ASSERT DOMINANCE over me? Anyways I was wondering if this is normal and has that ever happened to anyone? Also he does the head bob like every day at my snakes cage which is like 5 feet away but my snake is never out and he has never actually seen him so I don't know why he head bobs at the cage maybe he smells him? but its a snake normally beardies only do that to other beardies? So just looking for answers he might just be a super dominant beardie, who knows. I might post a video if there's a lot of comments of his behavior he pretty much does it everyday like a routine. And yes I know aggression and mirrors can stress a beardie out and he is fine eventually he gives up and thinks he asserted dominance that day and continues his life besides I monitor him and the mirror is not even near his cage!
