Beardie Diet

So recently I am planning to upgrade my beardies cage, lighting, etc to a more healthy environment to his age (9-13 months.) I want to know what would be the best type of diet for him, currently he gets carrots, crickets, (sometimes mealworms) and lettuce.
I just basically want to know what would be the best food for him.
