So a few days a week I am at school until 7 or 8 at night. I have noticed that when I get home Ada is standing against the glass in the glass surfing position, with her face shoved against it giving me the stink eye. Then within a few seconds of seeing me she goes NUTS. She glass surfs, runs to the other side of the front and glass surfs some more she continues this until I take her out. Then boom... not 5 minutes later she is fast asleep on me. It has been like this since about January 3rd, which was 4 days after I got her.
That is a coil---- if its the 13 watt you need to get rid of it--- they are bad for the dragon- what size tank do you have her in now? If its a 40 or better you need to replace that coil w/a tube -- you can order them on line thru Amazon or if you can get them at a pet store but it needs to be replaced - I would recommend a 24" fixture w/ a reflector - NO Home Depot fixtures they dont have reflectors - and a Reptisun 10.0 either the T 8 or a T 5 - the difference between the two is the distance of the bulb in the tank - the strength - and the longevity--

I am not saying this is why shes acting the way she is but not knowing what size tank shes in and the coil its better to get rid of it now and save her health problems down the road --- keep us posted on what your going to do or have done and we can help you getting it set up for proper distance etc

Temps are also a MUST as well but that UVB that is also important - at this point shes getting NO UVB w/ that coil in her tank -- so the sooner you get it changed out the better - you will notice a difference in her behavior once that is done - is she eating ? how about her salads ?

As of right now she eats mealworms no problemo, I keep trying small crickets and she doesnt care about them... please see this post viewtopic.php?f=18&t=253216
and I have seen her sneak a few bites of kale, but I am consistently throwing most of it out at this point.
Check out the post on the Sunblasters at the top of the discussion boards - I am not sure what is going on w/ them now -- the Retpisun 10 bulb you can get at a Petco or Petsmart if you have them - the bulb for a 24" fixture is the 22" bulb --- as far as salads here is a website for nutrition http://www.beautifuldragons.com/Nutrition.html --- mix her salads up w/ variety greens - I use two at a time and vary them - same w/ the squash--- the site will tell you what to feed what not to feed and how often to feed - try this
get a glass bowl add your meal worms or small super worms if you can get them to the top of your salad also see if you can get some BSFL or Phoenix worms - calci worms -- they are small so order large use as many as you want they are a great staple feeder - do not dust them --- add them to the top of salad in front of her it will get her attention --- try that --- also here is a website I had posted on your other thread for a lady in Canada that sells feeders https://thewormlady.ca/bearded-dragon-greens.php

Oh so you got he/she recently in like a week or so. It's is relocation stress but the relocation stress can be more severe if you do not have proper lighting
