Hello! I was just curious about making a cake for my juvie :?: Has anyone else tried it? Did it work? What did you put in it? I was thinking perhaps crushed beardie food for the flour and fruits and veggies too. Maybe crix?
 Yea me either, but I just made him some veggie cookies!
Ingredients: Zoo Med Natural Juvenile Bearded Dragon Food, Water, Grated Carrots, Grated Acorn Squash, Small Nasturtium Leaves, Rep-Cal Phosphorus-Free Calcium with VIT.D3.
So yea. I didn't know about baking in the oven or microwave, so I made a mini tin-foil solar oven and left it in the sun. It's still out there so I can't wait to see the finished product

That's really clever, I love it!! I agree, definitely take a pic, and let us know how your beardie likes it! I have to admit, I have honestly never thought about making them cakes. Until now....
Haha, yea, the cookies finished, but they're a bit crumbly. I have some pics of them baking in the mini-oven (forgive me, the oven is poorly made) though I still need to get a pic er 2 of puff eating them (he's resting in a beardie burrito on a heat pad  lazy!) I'll try and get some later today.
I put the glass plate/bowl over them to keep any germy lil' buggers out.
