Beardie became scared all of a sudden

My beardie woke up yesterday very scared and aggressive . He flared up and was hissing and went to bite but didn’t . It happened all of a sudden and I don’t know what’s going on. He seems scared but he wasn’t like that the day before

Are there any pets in the house that could of frightened her during the nite like cats? Are you using any colored bulbs at night like for heat ? What is the temp in the tank at nite-- they should be ambient temps of 65-75 -- too hot at night will make them crabby and aggressive -- are you using a coil for a UVB?
