Beardie ate a boxelder bug! Help!?

My Beardie ate a boxelder bug in a flash - too fast for my daughter to get the damn thing. He’s been feeding and behaving absolutely fine for the whole day, but I’m freaking out. Couldn’t get a hold of any one since it’s Sunday. Has this happened to anyone!? Will he be okay for sure if he’s been acting totally normal all day?? Help!

The only times I've read about it, including here, there was no ill effect on the dragon. Cooperdragon [ one of the mods here ] also had a dragon that ate one and nothing happened.

Those things invaded my old house every year and it was tough to keep all of them out of reach. While I do try to keep them away from my dragons, I've seen them eat a box elder occasionally, and they did not appear to cause any problems. If he's been acting normally all day, I think he'll be just fine.
