I wanted to her recover from the operation as fast as possible, so I was feeding her as much as she likes. So overfeeding and the big belly might have also contributed to the problem. Hydration is also tricky, as too much water or veggies gives her diarrhea. I was also surprised the vet didn't stich her when she had a chance under anesthesia.
