Also, I have another question on femoral pores. How often do you have to take them out and what happens if you don't ever take them out?

Your uvb is what brand and bulb? How are you getting basking temps?

Please leave the pores alone. The best way to handle/take care of them is by giving them something to rub them on. Any slab of semi course rock will work, i use sandstone. If you try to remove them you can really hurt him. There was a dragon a month or so back that passed after i vet tried to remove them. It is heart breaking and avoidable. This is a pic of my males setup. He has never had an issue with the pores, rocks work.

Also the rock will help keep the nails trimmed
