Bearded dragon is turning black

Hi I was just wondering why is my female bearded dragon turning back around the sides of her body and head this is what she looks like now please help thanks

Could be shed or something like a fungus as well - how long has she been like this ? I am going to have AHBD take a look at her

It's natural color, sometimes when they're stressed or excited they can display more the pattern like that. Is she out of her tank and maybe sees something different ?
