My bearded dragon, 2 months old, tiger striped, hangs on the wall of the hammock to sleep? It's kinda weird, he just climbs up and sticks his nails into the net like material and sleeps. Ive been thinking about it quite a lot and I realized I don't have many sleeping spots for him. So the few things I'm wondering are:
- Do I need to add a sleeping area for him, and if so, what? (I'm talking about materials, I have hides and stuff)
Youngsters feel safer off the ground, particularly upright. Cork bark is good and grippy - try grabbing a bit, or a barky bit of Mopani bogwood Make sure it can't slip or fall - you don't want it accidentally squishing your dragon.
Edit to add: I do have a 'blankie' in Mort's viv. Sometimes she pushes completely under it, sometimes she lies under her cave, sometimes she just curls up in an open corner. Totally random really.
