Bearded Dragon Confusion

I take my Mimi with me just about everywhere.
Albertsons, Carls Jr., the Post Office, Pizza Hut, the Farmers Market, Home Depot...
just about anywhere we go.
The only 2 places that made a fuss was Inn N Out and The LA Zoo.
Everywhere else people are just interested or freaked out.

How do you carry Mimi with you? Do you just hold her in your arms or is she in some sort of a carrier?

I had some older ladies at wallmart absolutely charmed with Franklin. I only wish the weather was good enough to take him out right now!

How did you get inside Walmart with your beardie? They are really strict about pets in their store. I take my 4 lb. toy poodle with me all the time; but I keep her hidden in my purse. Both ends of my purse have mesh inserts so she can look out and no one can see her. I'd like to know how you take your beardie in without being stopped at the door. You must have had him out since those ladies saw him.

They must have changed some policies. Maybe since they've starte to have grocery sections? When we were younger we would take our little chihuahua in. She would sit in the child's seat with a blanket, and just look around.

I just took him in sitting on my shoulder. Wal-Mart is like any big company. They talk a lot but they rarely have any follow-through. Much like Home Depot, Lowes, Costco, Any grocery stores I can think of. They ALL say we only accept service pets. All of them have a sign out front that says no pets.

You just have to ignore those signs and do what you want. You're the customer, I mean you're ALWAYS right. I even used to work at a Home Depot, and management specifically told us not to say anything to people who brought their huge dogs in. You don't want to dissuade a customer now do you?

Nah, you just ignore the greeter if they try and talk to you and keep walking. They aren't allowed to leave their spot anyway. Don't acknowledge anyone or anything you don't want to hear and continue about your business, as customer you are the king and if the king wants to walk around and shop with his pets SO BE IT. :mrgreen:

Spike has been called a plush toy, a plastic toy, a iguana, a chameleon, and ppl thought that i caught him in the wild.

its pretty funny when ppl look at Spike and they are all. "HOLYY...askmdjh"


Also I have never seen a Horny Thoad but i would love to. ;u; i mean theyr so spiky. and so cutee with their little poofy tails. <3 ;u;

Yeah, I just have her on my shoulder.
My boyfriend likes have Houdini on his shoulder or head.
