Bearded dragon ate a wild plant (pics inside)

My girl happened to spot a plant even though she hates greens she ate a leaf I read this may be BlueWood Aster is it safe???

I didn't see any pics but it is edible for humans . O.K, I saw it on your other thread but I can't identify it, how is your dragon doing ? If you're worried you might use some activated charcoal from a drug store, it absorbs any toxins and safely passes them through the G.I tract.

Sorry made 2 posts she seems fine she was basking and everything very alert I used a plant id app and it ID'd it to be Blue Wood Aster. With a bunch of common names I won't have a vet appointment till Wednesday I just feel so guilty. The one second I turn the other way she had it in her mouth before I could grab it
