With the kids and life, I hadn't posted in quite a while! Lenny, the darling of my heart has been happy, mostly healthy and so adorable I can hardly stand it. We've been traveling and hanging out and having a great summer... even the extended family knows that Lenny accompanies us everywhere, haha. Now that the kids are back in school, I thought I'd post a few pics.
They do grow so quickly
the easter bunny may be a procrastinator, but it got done
what an eggcellent lizard
having a happy easter
morning with my sweetheart
eating treats in his favorite spot
while on vacation, we somehow lost his cricket keeper (nasty thing anyway) and unable to find a petstore between destinations, Lenny was treated to baby food squash.
clearly, that's Lenny's color
if only he'd teach my husband and son how to aim near the bowl..
having a very important meeting
joining me at work for a protocol meeting (he was the highlight of the experience)
at the vet watching another crazy lady
just a sweet guy and a sweet pet, either way you look at it.
lenny's favorite spot
Lenny had an RI and was getting meds and nebs... until I got called in for a 72 hour shift and my husband was out of town... leaving nobody to medicate or feed him. When I called in to say I had a sick scaly child and couldn't leave him, I was told that he was welcome at the station and off we went!
he got the grand tour
and was glad to be free of his small traveling tank
such a sweetie
When the calls started coming, he had to stay in the tank while I was gone, but I freed him between each one to help with my charting.
I think hes part cat.
though at about 4am, he was tuckered out when I returned
later, he made sure I didn't get any funny ideas
My favorite scaly jiggle baby.
