I just got a baby beardy, I had some very big super worms for my other beardy, and I wanted to see if the baby would go for it... well, it did. New baby beardy at a huge superworm and now i'm worried it won't be able to digest the worm.
I honestly couldn't believe it got the thing down it's throat, I should have stopped it once it started but I didn't. The baby is maybe 4 inches long, the superworm was nearly the distance between front legs and back.
Please tell me it's going to be ok. Baby has been acting fine today. We haven't named it yet as we don't know the sex...
Watch her and no more super worms -- she could of choked on it --- if you want to feed her super worms only give her small ones and use them as lures to her salad bowl 1-3 at at a time -- watch her poops are her basking temps 105-110 and your getting them w/a digital probe NO stick ons--- and NO coil UVB's -- the basking temps will help her digest that worm -
