I got a baby bearded dragon about 2 or 3 days ago and he has been eating great and loves being held. However, when he/she is basking they tend to close their eyes. Im not sure if it his/her basking light? But the basking spot is between 90-100 right now so i wouldnt say its too hot. He only does this when he basks but thats it, doesnt do it down on his tank ground or even when im holding him. Should I be worried?

It's pretty common for them to close their eyes while basking and shows relaxation. You'll often see them open their mouths to regulate temperature too. If he isn't doing it otherwise and you don't see swelling or mucous etc around the eye then it's not likely a problem and just relaxing while absorbing some heat =)
