Ate unknown bug

Hi guys!
My beardie and I went on vaca for a day and when I came back and set her up in her tank she decided to eat something. IDK what it was... I know that it is too early for lightning bugs and I haven't seen and stink bugs where I live so I can for sure rule those out. Has this happened to anyone?
Since then (yesterday) she has been lazier than normal... I haven't given her anything to eat since it happened. Anyone got any ideas?!

My girl goes outside, under my supervision, and as hard I as try, there are still times when she see's a bug and goes after it and gobbles it up before I can do anything about it. It scares the crap out of me, but nothing has hurt her so far. These incidents have slowed down but still happen now and then. So far nothing bad has happened from her eating these wild things. Hopefully nothing will happen to yours either.

Really all you can do is wait it out and hope they can digest and pass it normally. Two days ago I had my boy sitting up on the picnic table and some kids found a Forest Tent Caterpillar (very common on our area) and they brought it over so i could look up on my phone what it would turn into. In the blink of an eye Felix had charged and gobbled it up. Little caterpillar murderer seemed rather content for the rest of the day but I'm still horrified! (Kids thought it was fantastic, they tried to find another one to feed him!)

Should I continue to feed her like normal? Or let the unknown critter pass and then start feeding her?

Had a moth fly in Taz's cage, and before I could do a think, he gobbled it up. lol
He was fine

Ha, Puff almost got one of those big beetle bugs with the two sections, one body, one head part, then the big pinchers coming off the head!!!!!!!!!!! Got my foot on it just in time.....crazy girl. I swear she can see 20 feet, BEHIND her!!!
