Arugula vs baby arugula is there a difference?

I’ve seen many different sites advertising arugula to eat once a week but baby arugula they can eat more to some saying daily? Even in the pinned nutrition thread I saw arugula mentioned as occasionally. Is there a difference between the 2 at all or is it only safe for once twice a week?

I remember seeing some sites claim that it's okay to feed baby arugula but not mature arugula as well. Just did a search and found out that that site doesn't have actual references to back it up. They're just using standard arugula nutrition content facts as their reference, so not very reliable! Another reason I saw is that baby arugula is less bitter so beardies like it better. But I've fed mine mature arugula, he doesn't hate it. Each beardie to their own I guess.

So I didn't find anything that says baby arugula is any different from mature ones in terms of nutritions. Looking at arugula itself, I think a lot of sites say to feed it occasionally because it's high in vitamin A and goitrogens. Too much of both can cause health issues. Personally I think as long as you're not feeding them arugula everyday and not giving them any variety, it's ok to feed arugula a couple times a week.

Thank you. That’s what I was thinking just didn’t want to take a chance wi tryout double checking with so many different places with different opinions. I know one site I found said if you’re giving arugula only give baby so it’s been interesting trying to figure it out lol.

What is a quick way to warm up a cold beardie? His heating element went out overnight and now he's very cold.

Clapton is acclimating okay I think. He's quick as lightning so I'm not sure how much I should bring him out of his house yet. He's not at all interested in his salad though. I wonder if I should change what I'm giving him. Least he's eating his crickets.

Things to do:
Buy calcium powder
Material to raise surface for basking spot
Scenery decals for back of tank
