Are these ingredients safe?

Hey, I got some beet salad from the food drive and was wondering if these ingredients are safe in this order.
It's beet salad.

Beets
Red bell pepper
Red onion
Red vinegar
olive oil
sugar
cilantro
salt

I'm worried about the vinegar, sugar and salt.
Can a bearded eat some of this beet salad?

NO --- red onion dragons should not have onion -- red vinegar as well - if it was separate the cilanto the red bell pepper is good not sure about the beets
