Am I feeding enough?

Hey! I was just wondering how my beardie is doing and if I should be feeding him more. I got him at around a month old July 7 2021 so he is about 7-8 months old and about 12 inches. Thanks for your time!

He looks good - are you feeding him a balanced diet? That would include a staple insect like bsfl crickets dubias etc fresh salads everyday maybe some worms like super or horn

I feed him bugs everyday and then any veggies 1-2 times a week and leave bearded dragon food for extras if he gets hungry

I would offer him salads everyday- once he turns a year his veggies and insect ratio will flip to 80% salads 20% bugs- are you feeding pellets? Unless your moistening them they are dehydrating --dragons get most of their moisture from their greens- I would add some worms in there for him
