I know nothing of geckos. I was at petsmart getting pet food. Something just tells me these guys aren't well. There are about a half dozen in a glass tank smaller than the 5.5 gallon tank I keep fish in at work. Probably half that size. They were not active. They were bunched up laying all over each in some sort of half cave shoved up against the glass. One looked like he was sleeping with his eyes open? Is this normal? I'd don't mean to sound stupid. Truly.

Geckos are more "community" minded than dragons are. You can keep several, all females, or 1 male and females, together without much to do. They are nocturnal as well. Other than the bright lights and UVB you can keep geckos in the same kind of enclosure as a dragon. They will eat insects easily (my female is loving roaches !) No veggies needed. A bowl of water, cleaned and changed daily, calcium without D3, and multivites. They are fun to watch when they are active (night time), they wiggle their tails when hunting, or mating.
Hope this helps,
Janie.

a poem by AHBD (THANK YOU SO MUCH! I LOVE IT!)

Sir Henry the dragon
Looking for his dragon girl
Ventures out in to the wide world
His hopes are up but as you can see
There is no dragon girl for Sir Henry
A light bulb goes off and he takes mom aside
Could you perchance get me a mail order bride ?

Hey! We’re the same age! That’s cool!
Hi there a little update we went from a 50 watt heat lamp to a 100 watt basking halogen heat lamp hahaha I saw some comments about it being so close so I made sure to put it a ruler away from her
Has anyone seen this before? Something in the corner of his mouth
