our beadie, Grog, just got i guess used to and or comfortable with his new digs (weve had him for a week n a half now) and was all cute and stuff lettin us hold him and wed play on the floor and all that but the past couple days hes been actin fidgety. hell act like he dont wanna be picked up or held, hell run off the end of my leg and try to jump on the coffee table when i do get a chance to hold him. he jumped off the arm of the couch into the glass tank TWICE which didnt seem to bother him but this is all different from the first week or so we have had him.
my question is, is this just some regular weirdness for a beardie or does he need like some alone time or should we hold him more which he was never neglected or didnt recieve copious amounts of attention or anything. hes the most spoiled animal in the world right now so whats up, is this a phase and itll pass or is there something goin on????

yea its just a phase he is going threw cuz he is getting use to his new home it takes about a week or 2 to get comfortable with his enviroment
he wont do this for so long just keep picking him up gently so he can get use to being around you and let him be alone also so he can get use to his tank so no need to worry man this is perfectly normal mine did the same thing when he was young now i can pick him up he may squirm a lil bit he settles down when he is in my hand and pet him to make him feel even more comfortable around you anything you need to just let me know cuz its alot to learn about beardies that you may not know if you need to know something i help you out with it i had my beardie for a year now and im still learning more things about him as he gets older
