We decided to take our beardie on vacation with us versus attempting to find a sitter. We are fortunate enough to have a mini van with a power port in our cargo area. While this is not a revelation to most I figured I would share this. I plugged a 400 watt power inverter into the power port and plugged a heat lamp into the inverter. I secured the light from sliding around and viola constant heat source the entire trip. She was a little freaked but is fine. We did have to put her in her "starter" 20gal cage for the trip since her 55gal is to big to travel with. If I can remember I will take pics from the trip home.
