so i have a 5 month old bearded dragon and i read that he cant have meal womrs cause if the shell on there body i read that he can have silk worms and dubia roaches but when i went to the pet store they said he is to small for them i was just hopeing for some recommendations on what to feed my lil guys
He needs protein and dubias are great -- you can order them on line from http://www.dubiaroaches.com he can eat probably small medium I am guessing - they need to be dusted w/ calcium D3 5 x per week and 2 x per week vitamins --- dont listen to the pet store people they have not a clue as to what they are talking about ---------no meal worms --- you can feed butter worms horn worms --- the site I gave you has all kinds of stuff for your dragon --- check out that site --- there are other sites as well that carry dubias etc.............. http://www.abdragons.com --- you can also feed BSFL they are real small and calcium rich -- here is a site for them -- www.https://symtonbsf.com/-- for now I would get small crickets and feed him but I do recommend the dubias --- they are way better for him and they dont stink or chirp like crickets -- you can keep them in a 10 gallon tank or a tote and feed them dubia food - carrots squash apples strawberrties etc for water --- Dom you have a UVB ? I cant see it in the pictures
