I really appreciate all you guys have done for me. You know who you are, and I really feel a part of this loving community. You guys are incredible.
Mushu, as some of you may know, passed away for unknown reasons...he was really small, and never moved much since I bought him...I dont know why or how, but I know he died feeling loved in the best home a beardie could have.
Being that he was under 14 days...I was able to get a new one.
While Mushu will always be loved by me, I want everyone to now meet....CHRONUS, the beard of time!
He is the most hyperactive fatf*** baby beardie I have ever seen.
Hi baby Chronus and welcome!! What a cutie. So sorry about losing your first baby. That's just so sad. Clearly he passed knowing he was loved and got the best care he could have for his short time here <3

I did the absolute best I could <3 but...he was loved. Very much.
But, Chronus now has a new home, and hes taking to it well...all though he keeps trying to climb the forest cling decoration I put up! hahaha. He keeps thinking he can jump right into the scene.
Then the next one Mashu (kids named them lol) was mean!
Now we have Squirt. (knock on wood) everything is good so far. We had taken a break for a few years after my first dragon "Beardie" passed away after 10 years!

Yours was named Mushu as well? Im sorry to hear that I had mine 2 weeks...Im telling you, something was wrong...I think the petstore wasnt taking good care of him. Chronus was more active on his first day than Mushu was the 2 weeks I had him...poor guy... I did all I could.
Thanks!! Ill post more pictures soon. Hes such a great beardie super, super active, but hes "starting" to calm down around me.
Id LOVE to have Chronus for 10 years. That would be incredible
congrats on your new arrival.. have fun w/ him.. remember to offer greens/grated squash in a small dish everyday even if he doesn't eat it at first, but you want to get him used to having it in his viv so later on he'll take to it and you'll be making 2 large salads everyday..
Chronus is gorgeous! And it appears from the pics that he hardly has any stress marks so he must be really comfortable with you!
I also had a beardie that died suddenly for no reason. He was a year old and went from being fine on the Sunday morning to dying on the Wednesday after a few days of strange behaviour. The vet said she thought he had a virus. I'm glad you've decided to get another beardie though. They are so entertaining and engaging.
Thank you, and yes, he's wonderful. Ill be taking more pictures today

Thanks! He just started eating greens 2 days ago. 1000 crickets and salads are always on standby. He likes watermelon, too. Nice little treat once a week

He is. Ill take more pics tonight. No stress marks, and only at night he will actually lay in my hand, let me wrap my fingers round him while hes on my palm, and sleep there for an hour or two. He knows when its time for bed and has my exact same sleep schedule.
Mushu may have had a virus...Im pretty sure of it. Sounds like the same thing.
Last time ill post in this thread at least for like "big" posts but ill do replies if anyone posts. I took some new pictures but had to attend a funeral over the weekend and you know how crazy that becomes.
Here he is: Chronus just as healthy and active as ever.
When i just approach the cage hell look right up at me and watch me. If I move to the other side, hell follow me and look at me some more until I pick him up.
...Then hell blitz up my arm and on my face or head or inside my shirt and just chill...hes a quick little bugger
