red dot

I noticed this reddish spot on her back and I can't figure out what it is. This is the only place it is, it looks like it's maybe under the scales? She's around 4 years old. Only thing I can think of is that I've been giving her new foods to try like canned Silkworms and freeze dried Dubai...

Do these spots look like mites? She had them for quite some time. I soak her weekly and she has been eating.

My bearded dragon has a red dot above his eye. Does anyone know why this occurred or how I should help to heal it? (See photo)
