beardie health

Schools bearded dragon, brand new so enclosure is a WIP. Anyways, this guy looks mega weird, right? His eyes and mouth especially. I was just curious is anyone had any ideas? I think his tear ducts are congested, maybe high blood pressure, and mbd is a possibility.(Vet appt soon)
