Well took him to the vet turns out my uvb lamp was really low so I got him a 10.0 and I updated his whole setup. The swelling is going down and he is very active again. Thanks for everyone’s help.

Thanks for the feedback. I was going to get the 10.0 uvb Tube lamp and bulb but I was on $250 budget. Probably by next week I’m going to get it.
