Are red lights okay for beardies during the day? I have a ceramic heat emitter at for at night but my room is really cold so I have to use both the lights in a dual dome to keep the tank warm. One of the lights is a red light that I keep on only during the day, is this okay or should I switch it...

So today I found out that compact UVB lights aren’t good for beardies. I had one on my beardie and I just ordered a new one that’ll be here by the 4th (I think). What do I do for this week? Do I just leave the compact on him and hope for the best? Or do I turn it off? Thank you!!
