For night I have the “Nocturnal Infrared Heat Lamp” by Zoo Med and it’s 150w, and daytime I have an 150w “Intense Basking Spot” by Exo Terra. I’d say it’s about 9-10 inches above his basking, since we have a 30 gallon tank, but it’s what was recommended.
