I give my beardie Steve bell peppers because it's the only green hell eat but now it gives him runny poops. Should I stop?

Good news, I came home to see he ate all the peppers and left a bunch of pieces of shedding all over the terrarium for me to clean up?

These were taken before I left for school, I took out all remaining crickets and left him a bowl full of bell pepper pieces for him. He ate 4-5 crickets and 3 pieces of bell pepper before I left.
