I FEEL SOOO DUMB ! lol.. do i need the heating lamp tho at night ???

here i am asking ANOTHER question. yall must hate me by now.. buttt i dont no the exact names, but i have a heating lamp on top of my 20 gallon tank and i have a longer light abt a foot and a half long and its kinda just like a regular light... idk what that light is called or what it is even...

she seems normal i mean, she's eating/ moving/ sleeping all normally i haven't seen her do anything with her eye. i hope she's okay :( thank you for the help :)

yeah today her eye isn't being weird, i haven't seen any signs of an injury, she's eating/sleeping/moving all normally, ill keep watching her tho :(
