My 3 year old bearded dragon has had this white spot on his tail for months now. At first I thought he was shedding, but it's not dead skin. He is very healthy and does not seem to be in pain. Would anyone know what this is?

Hello, I have a 3 year old bearded dragon named Kenny. The tip of his tail is white. At first I thought it was just dead skin from shedding, but now it has been there for a while. Kenny does not seem uncomfortable but I have no idea what it is. Does anyone have an idea about what it is? Thank you.
