Hello Everyone. Not yet a beardie Mom, still researching to make sure I do things right. Will be getting a beardie soon. I do love this site. There is so much excellent information here.

I am currently doing research about bearded dragons before I get one. I have read many articles about different insects people prefer to feed their beardie's. I am looking for a staple insect to feed my beardie when I get one, that is very nutritious and not fatty. Do you have any suggestions?

I would like the answer to that problem as well. I am still doing research before I get a beardie. I have noticed that the lights in the kits do not cover either area well (hot side, cool side). I would like to get the reptisun 10.0 long light for the tank and a better basking light as well...
