I guess it's the pix. I will take a better one tomorrow. But the tip of his tail is gray and his back is much darker then he is.

I work at a pet store and we keep this beardie in the back to treat it. My managers said it's only a matter of time but I just want to see what I can do. They say he had tail rot and it's spreading up his back. Can anyone tell me what this is and the best way to treat him?
