Yeah I been looking at stuff on the net all night and I think I'm going to redo her enclosure lucky it's a 50 gallon so I can get creative I'm going to remount her UV below the mesh since everyone seems to say it's better that way so I might re do a custom wood enclosure not sure yet

Thanks for the tip I didn't think about that I should do that cause i was thinking about dropping the T8 im thinking about putting a twin dome on the cold side with a night bulb and also a UV so the enclosure has light during the day and the one night bulb to keep slight warmth at night

Thank you and yeah I had cleaned up her tank when I got her so she had pretty much the same thing but what happened to her eye I decided to change it but looks much better now before her baskin spot showed only like 75-80 but now it's holding a constant 100 degrees and her cold side is 75-80
