What is your distance between your light and your basking spot? That will help to find the correct lighting.

Led will not work for basking.

You need to get a light that produces UVB asap. I would recommend a reptisun 10.0. I can't stress the importance enough, he will die with out it. Your local pet store should have one. Also on the basking side of the tank he needs temps around 105 degree. Good luck.

The strange head movement is caused by a lack of UVB light. If you don't correct this very soon he die. Reptisun 10.0 tube is what you need.

Try super worms they are much better than mealworms.

I would also bath him every day for 15 minutes in warm water. He looks dehydrated. Good luck.
