What is the best for bearded dragons, to leave the lights on for 14hrs or 12 ? Some say 14, others say that is bad for them and only 12 is needed, then i heard that 10 is best...can get confusing at times..lol :) Thanks.

Its hard to get collard greens where i am ( ireland) but their is plenty of cabbage, which looks very similar to collard greens. Are they basicly the same ? I also feed dandiloin leaves, rocket, pepers ect with the cabbage? Thanks.

I was looking at these lamps on line, they seem to combine uvb and heat ect in one. However, i have heard reports they can effect dragons eyes if too close? Anyone use these lamps and how do they find them ? As they are expensive to buy, i am being careful. Thanks.
