Is there any safe washes on the market to bathe the dragon in to get the poo smell off if he steps in it ?

I feel like the beardie maybe about 4 mo old. As far as the habitat...it is 50 gal .36x18x18. I wonder if that will be big enough when it is an adult ? Also do you think it is too crowded .i could take out some climbing when it gets bigger
