Hi, Don't feel bad, we all have bad days. Unfortunately, Reptiglo bulbs are not the best bulbs for bearded dragons. Any coil bulb is not recommended at all. ReptiSUN 10.0 Florescent tube (long) bulbs are what are ideal for beardies. The bulbs are a bit more expensive, but much healthier and...

Hi, Did you say you have the Reptigo 10.0 or the Reptisun 10.0? The Reptiglo isn't recommended I don't believe, because it doesn't put out the proper UVB. You want either the ReptiSun 10.0 or Arcadia Florescent tube bulb. I hope this helps. :)
