    I'm now Beardie-less

I finally got both of my adult Beardies re-homed, so now I can concentrate all my attentio to my Baby Rhino Iguana and his care. I really liked the Bearded Dragons, but the Rhino has been my dream for a long time. :headbang: He can be admired here...

Show of Hands ... Rhino Iguana owners?

I just purchased a baby Rhino Iguana 5 days ago and was wondering how many of you have a Rhino as well? Also how they're doing, etc. All things Rhino so to speak. :) I'd like everyone to meet Titus! http://s196.photobucket.com/user/jbauer49/slideshow/Titus%20the%20Rhino%20Iguana

    Pesky itty-bitty nats!

Anyone else dealing with these pesky little nats that invade everything and seem to enjoy flying in front of your face most of all? They're difficult to grag in mid-air too. If anyone has a solution that's safe for the Beardies, I'd like to know what it is. :banghead:

    Royalty

Here's a pic of Ajax: and here's a pic of Hidie: Both are around 2 1/2 years old I was told when I bought them a little over a week ago. Ajax is proud and not afraid of anything, while Hidie was so named because she never voluntarily comes out of her hiding spot right now.

She never comes out of hiding!

I have had my adult Beardies for about 5 days now and the Male is out and about, eating, pooping, doing what's expected of him. The Female however won't come out of hiding. When I remove her hiding cave, she eats, poops, and everything else. Seems healthy but when I put her hiding cave back in...

    Sandpaper?

I read a post (on another site) of someone using a patch of sandpaper under the food/water area to help with keeping the toesnails trimmed. Has anyone here done that or what does everyone do about toenails getting too long?? Thanks.

Another Newbie here & to Beardies

Greetings, I'm so new that the paint hasn't dried yet. I haven't actually gotten a Beardie yet, but am planning to as soon as I get more knowledgable and the proper set up completed. That's why I joined this forum. I'm in the process of reading the guides and I've looked at a lot of pictures...
