    keep the humidity right

It might mold (the carpet) Using live plants and moving water will help with humidity as well.

I know she's not a bd but need some herp help

Well depending on the size of your dragon you will need a larger enclosure at some point. Aquariums arent suitable for WD's and do far better in custom made enclosures. The only advice I can give you is to cover up a good portion of the glass with something dark, but that might not even help...

Not Showing any Growth and stopped eating Crix

This may or may not be seen, but I wanted to mention that a CWD enclosure should not have the bottom entirely water. Females need soil at some point to lay eggs with or without a male. Either by having the bottom as a soil substrate or having a laybox (my preference) with at least 6" of soil.

    Digging random holes

I never did the whole reptile carpet stuff..I really wanted something easy to clean and maintain and didnt want the dragons to get any claws stuck (which I heard can happen) instead I used tile. 4 ft long is actually a good size for length, although bigger is always better..but its still pretty...

    Digging random holes

I wasnt using a loose substrate in my WD's enclosure, however always had a laybox with at least 6 inches of soil in it for any eggs laid..but when I had a smaller enclosure I did have a loose substrate (earlier in her life) and she dug all the time. Here is a pic of the enclosure I kept both...

    Digging random holes

Could be a couple things...one she is digging just to dig...two she is digging because the enclosure is too small...3 she is digging for the fact that she is a female (which I wont know unless you showed me more pictures)..I really dont think she is old enough to lay eggs at this point, but they...

Not Showing any Growth and stopped eating Crix

Btw if your length is correct your dragon is approx a year old, expect it to grow anywhere from 4-6inches in the next 6 months

Not Showing any Growth and stopped eating Crix

Considering that your set up is perfect,(which I dont know if it is or not) I wouldnt worry too much about the growth, its not going to be that noticeable in that short amount of time. Waterdragons can become VERY picky eaters and will like variety. Its nice to give them something different once...

    New to CWD's

I would try and get fecals done asap on both to make sure they arent carrying parasites (or one having them and the other not and possibly getting them) Keep your enclosure big enough for the both to have their own space, and eventually when they are old/big enough to sex, take the precautionary...

    Frozen mice?

First of all, I would wait until the dragon is at least 16" in length and feed only a few day old pinkies (nothing too big, I wouldnt go to fuzzie stage until its bigger) they would prefer moving, but I found that mine took frozen pretty quickly after knowing what one was and that it was edible...
