Little Mustard has gone back to her original owner.. I'll miss her every day. It feels weird only having 2 reptiles again.

Squigs has unfortunately passed away. My cat knocked over his tank and he was sadly crushed to death by his decor. I will miss him every day.

I wish I didn't have to either but he did purchase her originally and it is his so.. I can't really argue. I can only hope he realizes how close he was to losing her. And yes, I visit him weekly since we hang out on Saturdays to nerd about reptiles and watch movies. Hehe. I will miss her...

Thanks for the concern but I'm unfortunately only keeping her until the end of December or maybe a tiny bit longer. Her owner decided he wants her back after he buys a new tank. I hope he takes care of her the right way this time. Wish me luck.

Just a little update. Mustard is eating excellently and had a full body shed once already! She is starting to show signs of another shed so she must be growing so fast now with the proper heat, uvb and food her body has no idea how to keep up with it. Though she did lose 5 grams I chalk that up...

Mustard seems so much happier. Eating at her own pace and enjoying basking in the big tank. I housed Honey and Mustard together one day as I was cleaning the little tank and they got along great so I just decided to leave her there. They both arm wave at each other so they're both submissive...

Weight gain guys! After a regular diet for a few weeks, Mustard (as I'd like to call the new one) is gaining weight! I'm so proud to announce little Mustard now weighs 30 grams!

I own a 3000 Analog TENS Unit. I'm not sure what the voltages are exactly.. I'm not good with stuff like that. I only know what the dials say. I set everything to the lowest as indicated by the numbers on the dials. This may help if you understand any of this (I know I don't)...

Thank you all for your kind words and concern. He's doing fine, he ate after the incident then went to bed after basking. I don't blame him.. must be exhausted after such a traumatic event. I'll look into adeno disease as well to see if any symptoms match and I'll check my area for a reptile vet...

Another update.. the little guy started acting funny today. Before I went to school (night classes), he was staring upward and seemed to have a hard time looking anywhere else. I figured maybe he saw something he wanted to catch but couldn't and just ignored it. I came home he was on his side...

It's actually a boy. And he's doing excellent. He's almost 25 grams now and eating like a hog. His name is Squigs (short for Squiggles because he squiggles when he walks). I mean just look at that belly.

Update.. I've weighed him. He's 12 grams. Ugh it kills me to type that number. To just make things clear, Honey and this new little one were purchased at the same time, at the same store, at the same size.. I assume they're the same age about and he is extremely tiny. Honey weighs at least 320...

Oh trust me I know.. my little Honey is the absolute poster child for a spoiled beardie. I guess I gotta start all over and spoil this new one now. Huhuhu

It's just funny because I've been working with him on a weekly basis for 3 months in my friend's home. You'd think he'd be used to me by now. And so far I've only seen him sleeping, but I think that's because this is the warmest he's ever been. The tank he was in before basically had just a food...

So I finally got the little guy my friend was taking care of poorly.. he's at least a couple months old and looks like a hatchling still. I almost want to cry at his condition but I know I can fix it. I have the money, time and experience to do it. I just hope you guys can help me out with this...

Just give him time to settle into his new environment. It should pass within a week or two. As long as he's eating and pooping regularly I don't see any cause for concern.

Are you giving enough calcium and UVB exposure? Hopefully it's not MBD but it could be an early start to tremors possibly. Does it happen anywhere else? Are there other symptoms? How is your beardie eating? What's the set up and temperatures? Please do let me know.

Do you know if the old owner allowed the bearded dragon to brumate in it's lifetime? It might just naturally be going into brumation. Nothing to really worry about I think. But if there's any other symptoms please elborate.

Glad we could help. It's never a bad idea to ask about anything on here if you're unsure. I'm happy to see he's doing good. Just get that blood work done, confirm no illnesses or abnormalities and then I'm sure he's safe to brumate. Let us know how it all goes!
